Our Practice Process

1. Book an Appointment.
  • Schedule an appointment online or by phone at (678) 937-0300 so that you can consult with us at a time that works best for you.
  • We participate in most insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, and Ambetter. Call our office to inquire about your specific insurance plan.
2. Provide prior records (when possible).
  • Help our staff collect necessary data from your referring physician or previous physician. Old records are a vital part of the comprehensive assessment at initial consultation.

  • You might be asked to get blood work, urine studies and perhaps an ultrasound of the kidney prior to your visit with us. Current information allows us to make more informed decisions regarding your treatment plan.
3. Partner with your physician in your treatment plan.
  • Your doctor and the rest of our team are your health care advocates. The goal is to increase your wellness literacy across the board so you can get the desired results with specific attention to your kidney-related conditions.
